📋 ตับอักเสบมีกี่ชนิด ติดจากอะไรบ้าง?

🔴 ตับอักเสบ A
▸ ติดต่อผ่าน อาหารและน้ำที่ปนเปื้อน
▸ กินหอยดิบ อาหารสุกๆ ดิบๆ น้ำที่ไม่สะอาด
▸ มักหายได้เองแต่อาการรุนแรงได้ในผู้สูงอายุ
▸ ป้องกันได้ด้วยการฉีดวัคซีนตับอักเสบ A และล้างมือให้สะอาด

🟠 ตับอักเสบ B
▸ ติดต่อผ่าน เลือด เพศสัมพันธ์ และแม่สู่ลูก
▸ ใช้เข็มฉีดยาร่วมกัน การสักที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน
▸ อันตรายมากเพราะกลายเป็นเรื้อรังและนำสู่มะเร็งตับได้
▸ ป้องกันได้ด้วยการฉีดวัคซีนตับอักเสบ B และใช้ถุงยางอนามัย

🟡 ตับอักเสบ C
▸ ติดต่อผ่าน เลือดเป็นหลัก เพศสัมพันธ์ และแม่สู่ลูก
▸ ใช้เข็มร่วมกัน รับเลือดที่ไม่ผ่านการตรวจ
▸ อันตรายเพราะมักไม่มีอาการจนกว่าตับจะเสียหายหนักแล้ว
▸ ยังไม่มีวัคซีน แต่รักษาหายได้ถ้าพบเร็ว

🟢 ตับอักเสบ D
▸ ติดได้เฉพาะคนที่ติดเชื้อ B อยู่แล้ว เท่านั้น
▸ ทำให้อาการของ B รุนแรงขึ้นมาก
▸ ป้องกันได้ด้วยการฉีดวัคซีนตับอักเสบ B

🔵 ตับอักเสบ E
▸ ติดต่อผ่าน น้ำและอาหารที่ปนเปื้อน คล้ายชนิด A

▸ Spread through blood, s*xual contact, and mother-to-child transmission

▸ Spread through blood, s*xual contact, and mother-to-child
▸ Risk factors include sharing needles and receiving unscreened blood transfusions
▸ No vaccine available, but curable if detected early

▸ Only affects those already infected with Hepatitis B
▸ Significantly worsens Hepatitis B symptoms
▸ Preventable through Hepatitis B vaccination
🔵 Hepatitis E
▸ Spread through contaminated water and food, similar to Hepatitis A
▸ Preventable by eating fully cooked food and drinking clean water

แต่ความจริงคือ...เชื้อสามารถลุกลามสู่ดวงตาได้

Many people think HPV only affects the ge***al area—but in reality, the virus can spread to the eyes, forming growths known as conjunctival papilloma 👁️👁️

📍 This is caused by HPV types 6 and 11, the same strains responsible for ge***al warts. Transmission can occur through:
⚠️ Contaminated hands → touching the eyes
⚠️ Direct exposure to the eyes during s*xual contact
