☀️ Making and updating reservation via cloud application
☀️ Answering phones / all social media Apps from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
☀️ Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
☀️ Providing service and product information.
Loving and taking care of complicated customer.
☀️ Completing information and updating in the system.

Qualifications:
❤️ Good communication skills in English (both reading and written)
❤️ Experience as a Customer Service is an advantage.
❤️ Basic software skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
❤️ Able to work under pressure and rotating shift
❤️ Enthusiastic and accountable
❤️ Basic analytical skills and problem solving
Interpersonal skills
❤️ Good team player
❤️ Good health and patient
❤️ Service-minded
❤️ Able to work in shift
❤️ Able to start working immediately
❤️ Toeic score 700 => your advantage
