3. Poor leadership is one reason individuals become bored with an organization.

4. Knowing the principles of good leadership is not enough; the techniques must also be known.

5. Strategy and logistics require an equal amount of a leader’s attention in today’s organizations.

6. Leaders owe it to their organization to require high standards which are for the organization’s benefit even though they may not be popular at the moment.

I wish I knew of this book existed last year when I was the COO of an organization. The title says it all.
