In light of recent events and the change (increase) of the balance of ONE in the MyCoin wallets of accounts that have a Coinsafe Deposits, we would like to inform our members that there will be changes in their wallets design. Up until Monday (25th of October 2021) the balance shown in your Coin wallets was only the “Available” Coin balance. After Monday people started to see their total balance of ONE and the Coinsafe Deposits will be displayed in the field “Blocked” (or Escrowed) and this balance will be part of the Total balance.

‼️WITHDRAWAL‼️

👉From 10/08/2021 every IMA will have an opportunity to create a withdrawal with the available funds from their cash wallet. The withdrawals will be paid in cryptocurrency: BTC or USDT within 5 business days from their requesting.

⚡🔥The members can withdraw min. EUR 500 and max. EUR 10 000 (per transaction) and the service fee will be 0.5% from the transaction (min. EUR 15).

🟢Withdrawals will be paid only to customers whose profile status is Active (KYC approved).
For the exchange rate between EUR/BTC, the price of Bitcoin on the day of processing will be used.
