This sacred Phra Pidta was created during the reign of King Rama I (circa 1782–1809) by Prince Maha Sura Singhanat, to commemorate the victory over the "Nine Armies War" and to support the flourishing of Buddhism.
An ancient and highly revered amulet from the early Rattanakosin era. ✨

Key Details: Arched halo resembling elephant tusks with a sacred Bodhi leaf above the head 🍃

Material: Ancient clay mixed with sacred Bai Lan powder; some pieces were lacquer-dipped.
