We created Innerworks Retreat because we've had that conversation with leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are doing well by every measure, and yet feel the pull toward something deeper. More aligned. More intentional.

It's 4 days at Flora Creek Chiang Mai. Small group. Intentionally slow. Through reflection, neuroscience-informed learning, and real conversation guided by Paul Marks and Russell Graham, participants leave not with more to do, but with greater clarity on who they are and where they're truly headed.
