Today, the students became creative architects as they built wonderful holiday destinations using Lego. 🌞🏝️ They designed colourful resorts, parks, and holiday attractions, bringing their imaginative ideas to life. Throughout the activity, the class demonstrated strong executive functions by planning their builds, maintaining focus, and adapting their designs when needed. It was an enjoyable lesson that developed creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 🧱✨😊

In Kindergarten 1 PE, students worked alongside their homeroom teachers to develop confidence, coordination, and participation through a variety of physical activities 🌟🏃. We began with stretching exercises and discussed why warming up is important before engaging in physical activity. Students then completed an obstacle course designed to reinforce colours, listening skills, and vocabulary through TPR, movement, and didactic instruction. Children took turns supporting and encouraging one another as they completed each challenge. To finish the lesson on a fun and musical note, we enjoyed Ring a Ring o’ Roses and The Hokey Pokey. Students demonstrated fantastic engagement, confidence, and perseverance throughout the session. Great work today, K1 athletes! 😊
