What you'll learn:
🔹 Basics of surface catalysis — adsorption, desorption, elementary reaction steps
🔹 Microkinetic modeling — rate equations, steady-state, sensitivity analysis
🔹 Kinetic Monte Carlo (kMC) — algorithm, event selection, time advancement
Hands-on sessions:
- Building and solving microkinetic models
- Implementing kMC simulations in Python
- Analyzing and visualizing results
