NEW S-PLEX® Human IL-29/IFN-λ1 and IFN-ω assays expand our portfolio of ultrasensitive interferon assays. Built using S-PLEX technology, these assays allow for the conservation of precious samples with accurate and reproducible quantitation in a variety of sample matrices. Interferons have been proposed as key biomarkers for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, SARS-CoV-2, immune cell defense, and antiviral responses.

Alongside MSD’s existing IFN-α2a, IFN-β, and IFN-γ singeplex assays, these new biomarkers enable comprehensive study of interferons in a variety of application areas.
