Countless sketches and study models are only vessels for ideas to arrive in reality.

For WOLO Mont Kiara KL, the design process began with simple questions about how architecture can make people feel welcomed, grounded, and quietly restored.

Most of the time, we do not know exactly where good ideas come from. So we create a process that allows them to be. Through sketches, massing studies, light, landscape, and biophilic thinking, ideas slowly take shape into spaces that support both hospitality and wellbeing.

For us, hospitality design is not only about creating a place to stay. It is about shaping moments of comfort, connection, and calm. A building can hold people, but a well-designed place can also breathe with them.

Study models have always felt like toys that bring joy and curiosity into our work. Maybe that is why design can feel like a gift. Everyone contributes in different ways. Find the tools that bring joy and excitement to your process, and be gifted at what you do.

Honored to be part of the conversation on how hospitality brands can be translated into meaningful physical experiences through architecture and design.

Our founder and design principal, Nui Suwannatrai , will join the panel discussion “Designing Brand DNA: Translating Hospitality Brands into Physical Space” at the Hotel Design Summit Thailand 2026.

The discussion will explore how hospitality brands are expressed through atmosphere, materiality, and human experience, while balancing global identity with local culture and evolving guest expectations in an era shaped by sustainability, AI, and new ways of thinking about design.

Museo Auto Classica, Hua Hin is more than a classic car museum. Inspired by the concept of “A Gentleman’s Journal,” the space transforms automotive history into a cinematic journey of time, memory, music, and travel. The exhibition is carefully curated by timeline, model, and country of origin, allowing each classic car to become the protagonist of its own story. Dark and restrained architectural elements enhance the beauty of every vehicle under controlled lighting, while immersive backdrops and soundscapes invite visitors to step into different eras as if turning the pages of a living journal.
