Homeland: A Distilled Thai Vernacular

The design of Homeland reinterprets the essence of traditional Thai brick houses through a modern, sustainable lens. Inspired by the ชานพัก—a house terrace where travelers pause “ neighborhoods 3rd space” —the space uses upcycled brick to create a tactile, warm foundation. Curated cultural details, like the iconic food cabinet and suspended fish traps, subtly echo Thai heritage, abstracting tradition into something timeless and refined.

The common space invites customers to embrace a dynamic lifestyle by seamlessly connecting key areas through thoughtfully designed circulation paths. Shops are integrated with shared spaces, featuring seating areas and communal tables, fostering a new generation of collaborative working environments. Accentuated with green-colored elements, the design brings a refreshing touch of nature, enhancing the modern ambiance and creating a vibrant and functional hub for relaxation and productivity.
