Nakniwat House (บ้านนาคนิวาส)

This project transforms a single-story old house into a two-story structure with a dual function — serving both as a residence and as a potential retail space. The original low-ceiling pitched roof is opened up with the insertion of two light chimneys, oriented in different directions, which add height and volume to the interior while bringing in abundant natural light.

La Balance Physiotherapy Clinic
คลินิกกายภาพบำบัด ลาบาลานซ์

Location: Bearing, Samut Prakan, Thailand
Year of completion: 2025

La Balance occupies one of the unidentical twin structures, connected by a raised platform. It features a simple floor plan, long central corridor serving as the spine, running through the entire building, while pockets of gardens intervene to bring in natural light. The patchwork ceiling pattern was designed with the intention of minimizing leftover pieces of plywood.

The opposing structure, which will house a coffee extraction facility, is currently in progress.
