26.12.25 — Today is the last day of ednaco.gelato.
As we packed up, we realized we weren’t just packing things away,
but gathering the memories left behind
a wine bottle covered in customers’ notes,
regulars stopping by one last time before moving on,
and neighbors who showed up so we wouldn’t do this alone.
Thank you for making this place mean so much.
