DEEP Marine Science Program
DEEP (Deep Environmental Education Program) is a long-term, immersive marine science program for 6th to 12th graders that combines a rigorous interdisciplinary science curriculum to unlock students’ natural curiosity and passion for the ocean. Therefore, we are eager to partner with marine conservation groups to help preserve the oceans and the diverse ecosystem they support. By working together,
We are proud to share that our DEEP Marine Science students, with the unwavering support of their incredible parents and the guidance of Ajarn Prasan’s Marine Science and Conservation Camp, have successfully completed the “100 Domes in 100 Days” Coral Reef Restoration Project.
This initiative represents months of dedication, collaboration, and hands-on environmental stewardship. Through this project, students actively engaged in marine conservation by constructing reef domes designed to serve as artificial reef structures that support coral growth and create new habitats for marine life.
In partnership with the Royal Thai Navy, these reef domes will soon be deployed around the Samaesarn Islands, where they will contribute to rebuilding reef ecosystems and promoting biodiversity in the Gulf of Thailand.
Projects like this demonstrate the power of education, community partnership, and youth leadership in addressing real environmental challenges. Our students are not only learning about marine science—they are becoming active stewards of the ocean and future leaders in conservation. 🌊🐠
Well done to our DEEP students and families for turning knowledge into action and making a lasting impact on our oceans. 💙
