True IDC East Bangna Campus (Phases 3, 4, and 5)

True IDC is the leading provider of data center colocation services with the largest power capacity in Thailand. InGen Design congratulates True IDC on the prestigious award, and we are proud to support as the Civil and Structural designer for Phases 3, 4, and 5 of the True IDC East Bangna Campus. The key structural innovations include pile design optimization through parametric design and column grid optimization to achieve minimal floor thickness while maintaining high ceiling spaces. Structures are designed to ensure cost-efficiency and fast-track construction, fully comply to both local regulations and International standards/practices.

One Bangkok –Tower 5

Tower 5 is one of the five office towers in One Bangkok project. With typical floor plate of 3,500 – 3,700 m2, Tower 5 has the largest floor plate among all office towers with net lettable area of 100,534 m2 (https://www.onebangkok.com/en/workplace/). The tower is expected to open this year.

InGen Design has supported Prebuilt Group; the main contractor, with detailed structural re-design and full collaboration with PT contractor to optimize the post-tensioned floor design and to achieve the required construction schedule as well as an optimal cost. Tower columns and core walls are re-designed with our own optimization tools resulting in a higher useable area to maximize project benefits.

MGallery Residences MontAzure, Phuket, Thailand

MGallery Residences MontAzure is a freehold condominium project, located in the heart of Phuket’s premier master-planned community. The project is ideally positioned at the foothills of this expansive blend of forested mountains cascading down to absolute Kamala Beach frontage (https://montazure.com/mgallery-residences/en).

The new development consists of 24 low-rise blocks from 2 to 6 stories with 227 spacious studio and one-bedroom residences, clubhouse and facilities building, large artificial lake, freeform pools and playground.

InGen Design is proud to provide civil and structural design support to the owner. Key design features include cut and fill design to balance earthworks for slope terrains and various platform levels as well as geotechnical specialist to test and determine suitable rock layer for piling design. Foundation and superstructure optimizations are also implemented to achieve cost efficiency while meeting the owner’s requirements and the architectural design intent.

Construction is progressing well with 100% of the foundation work, 80% of the superstructure work, and 20% of the architectural work completed.
