~Kao-Ya is a Chinese word that means "duck" or roast duck. We take the duck breast smoked with oak wood and then succulent and then grill it on a pan, brushed with Spicy Han Sauce. This is served with (picked cucumber) pickled Japanese cucumbers. Served with hoisin sauce and prunes.
