Abu Dhabi-based Emirates Water & Electricity Company (EWEC) and the Abu Dhabi Centre for Waste Management (TEDWEER) have opened the bid received on 14 APR for the contract to develop Abu Dhabi's 1st Waste-to-Energy (WtE) project.

JAPAN's Marubeni Corporation, Hitachi Zosen Inova (Switzerland) and JOIN submit the lowest bid for the Contract 😁

We are proud to be part of this enormous project.
The WtE Plant designed capacity of 900,000 tones of waste a year. It will be the world’s largest thermal treatment.
