" I used to + (verb)"

The phrase "used to + verb" describes a past habit or state that is no longer true. It is used to talk about something that was done in the past, and is not usually done now.

Examples:

(1) I used to work at a logistic company when I was living in the USA.
ယူအက်စ်အေမှာနေတုန်းက ထောက်ပံ့ပို့ဆောင်ရေးကုမ္ပဏီမှာ အလုပ်လုပ့်လေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

(2) I used to study very hard when I was a student.
ကျောင်းသားဘဝတုန်းက စာတွေကိုအရမ်းကြိုးစားပြီးလေ့လာလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

(3) I used to work with an accountant in the past.
အတိတ်တုန်းက စာရင်းကိုင်နဲ့လက်တွဲပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်လေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

Here we are again. When using "I have" "He, she, it has" shows possession or something acquired. By adding a Verb-3 or Past Participle informing someone of a past or completed action done by you.

Examples:

I have done my homework.
ငါ့အိမ်စာကိုငါလုပ်ပြီးပြီ။

She has passed her exam.
သူမ စာမေးပွဲအောင်သွားပြီ။

We have forgotten all the words that were said by our father.
အဖေပြောထားတဲ့စကားတွေ ငါတို့မေ့သွားကုန်ပြီ။

The cat has eaten its breakfast.
ကြောင်ကလေးက သူ့မနက်သာသူစားပြီးသွားပြီ။

My wife is a couch potato. She lays in her bed and scrolls social media all day.
