This project focuses on transforming an existing urban shophouse into a contemporary architectural expression while respecting the narrow urban context. The design introduces a vertical facade element that creates a strong identity for the building and enhances natural light pe*******on.

The material palette combines neutral concrete tones with warm accents, creating a balance between modern minimalism and urban character. The result is a refined facade that elevates the original structure and establishes a clear architectural presence within the streetscape.

Interior Concept

การออกแบบภายในมุ่งเน้นความเรียบง่าย โปร่ง และใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพภายใต้ข้อจำกัดของอาคารพาณิชย์หน้ากว้างแคบ พื้นที่ถูกจัดวางตามแกนการสัญจรแนวตั้ง เพื่อให้การใช้งานแต่ละชั้นเชื่อมต่อกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมเปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติผ่าน facade screen ที่ช่วยกรองแสงและเพิ่มความเป็นส่วนตัวให้กับพื้นที่ภายใน

Green Identity

สีเขียวถูกเลือกเป็นสีเอกลักษณ์ของโครงการ และถูกใช้กับองค์ประกอบสำคัญ เช่น บันได ประตู และรายละเอียดบางส่วนของพื้นที่ เพื่อสร้างจุดเด่นท่ามกลางโทนวัสดุที่เป็นกลางอย่างคอนกรีตและไม้ ช่วยเพิ่มความสดชื่น และสร้าง character ที่ชัดเจนให้กับสถาปัตยกรรมของอาคาร

สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน AutoCAD และ SketchUp ได้

น้อง ๆ จะได้เรียนรู้จากโครงการจริง
พร้อมมีพี่ ๆ ในทีมคอยดูแลและให้คำแนะนำตลอดการฝึกงาน

• ระยะเวลา: ตามข้อกำหนดของสถาบัน

A good internship is not only about learning from drawings, but about gaining hands-on experience and learning how to work as a team.

PJ.DEVELOPMENT is opening internship opportunities for 3rd–4th year students
in Architecture or Interior Architecture,
with basic skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Interns will gain real project experience
while working closely with our team,
with guidance and support from experienced mentors throughout the internship.

📅 Internship starts: April
•Duration: In accordance with university requirements
•Working hours: Mon–Fri | 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
