Camouflaged architecture, blended with lush tropical landscapes, enhances the overall natural atmosphere through integrated spatial design across communal areas. The gateway pavilion, together with feature walls and garden rings, forms an enclosed green courtyard around the preserved giant rain tree at the front entrance. The sculptural clubhouse is positioned as a centerpiece of the park, surrounded by expansive multi-layered greenery, recreational areas, and interconnected pathways.
