We are hiring - UX/UI Designer [Full-time]
ESIC Lab is a multidisciplinary research group with the perfect combination of a creative technologist and researcher team. We implement and commercialize creative technologies and strive to push policy recommendations that inspire decision-making within both the public and private sectors. We are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Research user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design documents to communicate and iterate on design ideas.
- Design and ensure visual identity, user interfaces, and environmental graphics are consistent and cohesive
- Create experiences for Responsive Websites and Web Applications, while extending UX/UI principles to physical environments, such as exhibition design and spatial interactions
- Testing and evaluating designs with users to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Designers, Researcher, and Developers
- Present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders for clear understanding and approval.

What We’re Looking For
This role focuses heavily on Visual Design, Conceptualization, and User Flow, with no coding or front-end development required. If you meet the essential requirements and the role resonates with you, please apply.

Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in any field
- Strong skills in visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
- Adaptive mindset, can apply design knowledge to new contexts. Not limited to standard screen patterns, experiments with human-space-information interaction.
- Understanding of user needs across multiple devices
- Team spirit, strong communication abilities, good organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership. Willing to learn new things and adapt quickly.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
