The Myanmar Air Force MiG-29 violated and fired shots from inside the Thai airspace. The Thai citizens criticized the Royal Thai Air Force for a late intercept.

A single MiG-29 fighter jet of the Myanmar Air Force violated Thai airspace in Phop Phra district, Tak province, Western Thailand near the Thai-Myanmar border. Local villagers panicked as they saw a MiG-29 fly at a low altitude. A moment later, the jet re-rotated and fired its gun several times from inside Thai territory toward the ethnic armed group based on Myanmar soil. The locals said a Myanmar MiG-29 was flying inside the Thai airspace for at least 15 minutes before two F-16 fighter jets from the Royal Thai Air Force arrived and intercepted the MiG.

A Royal Thai Air Force official said the air force radar detected the unidentified aircraft at 11:16 AM local time and it disappeared from the radar. After the disappearance, two F-16 fighter jets immediately take off for the interception but do not find an aircraft until one hour later.

Following the press release, citizens heavily criticized the Royal Thai Air Force for the late interception and inability to prevent Myanmar jets from firing shots inside Thai territory.

Panus R600 8x8 had passed the Thai MoD Military Standard.

On 25th March 2021 Panus Assembly announced that Panus R600 8x8 wheel armoured vehicle had passed the Thai MoD (Ministry of Defence) military standard qualification after performing in the military standard trial.

The vehicle had been testing in both Performance and Survivability courses. This includes On-road/Off-road test, Cross terrain performance test, Fuel efficiency, Brake test, Stability test on 30%, 45% and 60% slope, armour test, drives test on a Run-flat tire.

However, the public announcement does not include the test result in detail yet.
