Alex is Chef and Owner of La Paloma 🥘, our sister restaurant in Hong Kong, where he has spent the last fifteen years honing a style of cooking that is deeply rooted in the Spanish tapas tradition — fun, generous, and always with a modern touch.

For five days only, he’ll be bringing a selection of his newest signature tapas to el W***y as daily specials. Fresh. Seasonal. Very Alex. Very Sexy.
