ช่วงหนึ่งปีที่ผ่านมา โรงงานกลุ่มยานยนต์ต้องปรับตัวกันพอสมควร กับทั้งสถานการณ์โควิด และ CARA ซึ่งก็คือรูปแบบรายงานแบบใหม่ ที่ทาง IATF สร้างขึ้น เพื่อลดช่องว่างความต่างของรายงานของแต่ละ CB

พักหลังไปนี้เจอประเด็นนี้บ่อยๆ ครับ คือ

หลังจากมี Corrective action แล้ว อย่าลืมกลับไปทบทวนการประเมินความเสี่ยงที่เกี่ยวข้อง ว่าสอดคล้องกับสาเหตุที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหาหรือไม่ จากนั้นก็อัพเดทกันด้วยครับ
