japanese purple sweet potato cream top matcha latte !
we recommend drinking through its layer, tasting the creamy purple sweet potato followed by matcha that has a soft bitterness, a well rounded drink that has a good balance of creaminess, sweetness and matcha with low bitterness.

Mixing the drink together will give almost pandan-like flavor 😋

Fun fact 💜 Did you also know that purple sweet potato is often classified as a superfood due to its high concentration of antioxidants ?! 💯
