รายละเอียดของงานระบบ ฟังก์ชัน และพื้นที่ใช้งานต่าง ๆ
จึงถูกจัดวางอย่างเป็นระเบียบและกลมกลืนไปกับสถาปัตยกรรม
เพื่อให้ทั้งความงามและการใช้งานสามารถอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างลงตัว

ทุกชิ้นมีเรื่องราว และทุกการออกแบบมีความหมาย

บ้านหลังนี้คือการรีโนเวทที่ตั้งต้นจาก “คุณค่า” กว่าครึ่งของเฟอร์นิเจอร์เป็นงานไม้จริงที่สืบทอดจากรุ่นพ่อแม่ถึงปู่ย่าตายาย ถูกนำมาปรับแต่ง ฟอกสี และควบคุมโทนใหม่อย่างพิถีพิถัน

แต่ละชิ้นจึงไม่ใช่เพียงของใช้งาน
หากคือความทรงจำที่มีชีวิต พร้อมเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว

เฟอร์นิเจอร์ใหม่ถูกออกแบบเป็นแบบลอยตัว (Loose Furniture) เกือบทั้งหมด ทั้งงาน Custom Made และ Fit-in เพื่อความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับตกแต่งระยะยาว

ด้วยประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและผลิตเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ทั้งแบบลอยตัว (Loose Furniture) และแบบบิ้วอิน (Built-in Furniture) จึงทำให้การวางแผนงานออกแบบเป็นไปอย่างครบถ้วนและรอบด้าน ตั้งแต่การจัดวางฟังก์ชัน เลย์เอาท์ ไปจนถึงการผสานของเดิม และของใหม่อย่างกลมกลืน

งานสถาปัตยกรรมและแสงสว่างถูกออกแบบควบคู่กันเพื่อรองรับทั้งการใช้งานในปัจจุบัน และความยืดหยุ่นในอนาคต

บ้านหลังนี้จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการรีโนเวท
แต่คือการสร้างสมดุลระหว่างอดีตและปัจจุบัน ผ่านกลิ่นอาย Mid-Century Style ในแบบร่วมสมัย

This home is a renovation rooted in value.
More than half of the furniture consists of solid wood pieces passed down through generations—from parents to grandparents—
carefully restored, lightened, and tonally refined to align with the home’s overall aesthetic.

Each piece is more than functional.
It is a living memory, carrying a distinct character that cannot be replicated.

Nearly all newly introduced furniture is designed as loose pieces, including custom-made and fit-in elements,
allowing for long-term flexibility and ease of adaptation over time.

With experience in both loose furniture and built-in furniture design and production,
the planning process is approached with a comprehensive and holistic perspective from the outset—
from spatial layout and functional sequencing to the seamless integration of existing and newly crafted elements.

Architecture and lighting are conceived in tandem,
supporting both present-day living and future adaptability.

This home is therefore more than a renovation.
It is a careful balance between past and present,
expressed through a contemporary interpretation of Mid-Century style.
