Dexon Technology recently welcomed Dow Chemical Thailand to our X-Base facility to demonstrate how Advanced NDT and robotic technologies are improving inspections.

From robotic tank and pipeline inspection systems to PAUT and digital integrity tools, the discussion focused on a simple goal: getting better inspection data while reducing downtime, risk, and manpower exposure.

Dexon Received SSHE Excellence Award from PTTEP

Dexon Technology is proud to receive the CEO SSHE Excellence Award 2026 from PTTEP.

Our own Chatchanan Rananan received the award on behalf of Dexon at the 2026 PTTEP SSHE Forum, hosted in Bangkok. The award was granted by Montri Rawanchaikul, PTTEP’s CEO.

This latest recognition reflects our safety-first culture, prioritizing attention to detail and looking out for one another in demanding environments.

What is the Difference Between Pull-Through & Push-Through Testing for In-line Inspection (ILI) Tools?

Before an in-line inspection (ILI) tool is deployed, engineers must answer two questions:

1. Will the tool pass the pipeline?

2. Will it accurately assess defects?

The most advanced inspection technology in the world means nothing if it gets stuck 10 kilometers into a run—or delivers terrible data while running through a pipe.

That is where pull-through and push-through testing come in.

While similar, the two methods serve different roles in validating ILI tool performance.

Dexon Wraps-Up Successful PTC Berlin Show

As PTC Berlin comes to a close, Dexon Technology would like to thank everyone who made this year such a success.

The past three days have been filled with great conversations, with strong interest not only in in-line inspection, but also in broader pipeline integrity management systems as operators look for better ways to manage their assets.

While the booth is packed and the team heads home, now the real work begins - follow-ups and turning these conversations into meaningful solutions.
