Eswatini has a working-age population of about +790 000 people.
The working age population refers to all persons 15 years and
over.

49% of this working-age population is between 20 and 39 years of age. This is over 331 000 people who are at the very peak of the economic productive phase of their lives.

With all these numbers in terms of the available human capital, Eswatini still has over 50% of the total population living below the poverty line.
