Acidic Attitudes
Acidic employee attitudes toward other colleagues or the organisation erode both employees' career development and the success of the organisation. Employee attitudes are noticeable and in the long run, it has adverse effects that will be witnessed by both employees and the organisation. It is difficult to constitute disciplinary actions towards dealing with attitudes since there is no substantial evidence that can be produced, however, this does not warrant employees to develop attitudes despite the circumstance. It is the role of HR professionals to come up with interventions that can help deal with such acidic attitudes.
