FCC and its subsidiaries offer hundreds of training courses and every course is developed using our field-tested Adult Learning Methodology:

• Concept: Associative Learning. The first steps help students learn new terminology, grasp new concepts and acquire new skills by associating the new, unfamiliar material with familiar concepts. and take the student already understand.
• Discovery: How To. This step teaches the process necessary to achieve the skill being taught. Each procedure is reinforced with verbal step-by-step instruction plus visual cues and hands-on application, all of which combine to stimulate and maximize the retention of the new features learnt.
• Performance: Make Perfect. Immediate hands-on practice sessions (and practice disks to use after class) reinforce instruction. Equally important, they give students the confidence of knowing they have absorbed the skill being taught and can use that knowledge in their workplace. This adult learning methodology has been consistently incorporated into all of our training services; including instructor-led classes for standard desktop application, customized and proprietary software classes, technical courses and our multimedia products.
