Your first step toward the AHA Career Pathway

The AHA Pre-Course is the first step in the selection process for the full AHA Career Pathway.

The pre-course helps applicants understand what the full pathway requires. It also gives participants the opportunity to start learning, complete practical assignments, and demonstrate their motivation, discipline, creativity, and ability to grow.

Participation in the pre-course does not automatically guarantee selection for the full AHA Career Pathway. It is part of the selection process.

IMPORTANT DATES:
June 30: Kick-Off AHA Pre-Course
July 1 to July 10: Online learning and assignments
July 2 to July 10: Online one-on-one candidate sessions
July 8: In-person progress meeting
July 10: Assignment submission deadline
Around July 10: Updated AHA Career Pathway schedule shared
July 15: Scholarship decisions announced
