We’ve officially broken ground on the 26 June Road connecting Shaqaalaha and Isgoyska Sheekh Cali Suufi.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Benadir Regional Administration, Docol Group is continuing its mission to build safe, durable, and modern roads across Mogadishu. This project will ease traffic, boost safety, and serve thousands daily.

New Milestone Achieved – Launch of Madina Hospital Road, Wadajir District

Docol Group is proud to announce the successful commencement of the Madina Hospital Road upgrade project, part of Package 2 of the Nagaad Project, under the Municipality of Mogadishu and funded by the World Bank.

This critical infrastructure initiative will see the Madina Hospital Road upgraded to bitumen standard, significantly enhancing access to healthcare, easing traffic congestion, and improving the quality of life for the residents of Wadajir District.

We’re Hiring: Senior Structural Engineer

Docol Group is seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead the structural design, analysis, and supervision of complex construction developments, with a specialized focus on high-rise structures and luxury amenities such as swimming pools. This role demands deep technical knowledge of vertical load-bearing systems, seismic and wind load design, high-strength material usage, and advanced waterproofing methods. Expertise in swimming pool design and construction — including structural integrity, waterproofing solutions, and system integration — is essential. You will collaborate closely with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure safety, compliance, and performance from conceptual planning through to completion.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred), along with at least 10 years of relevant experience — 5 of which should be in senior roles on high-rise or luxury hospitality projects. Professional licensure (PE, CEng, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. Proficiency in structural design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD or Revit is essential. Leadership, coordination, and communication skills are also key to success in this role.
