🌍 Why Africa was never a question mark for me.
🇵🇱 And why Poland belongs in the African conversation.

At the end of this year, I made a very intentional decision.
I spent almost three weeks on the ground in Dakar, Senegal 🇸🇳 as part of a long-term strategy, not a one-off trip.

After 10 years working with African markets, building platforms, summits Africa Global Business Connect , and facilitating connections, being back on the ground reminded me of something very clear.

When people ask me “Why Africa?”
My first answer is always simple:

Because I come from Poland 🇵🇱

I grew up during transition between systems, before and after the EU.
In an environment where nothing was guaranteed and growth meant learning to find solutions, not excuses.

That’s exactly why Africa always felt familiar to me even 10 years ago, before it became “trendy”.

What I see in African markets:
• strong entrepreneurship
• solution-oriented mindset
• resilience and adaptability
• young, ambitious builders
• markets that reward long-term thinking

The same foundations that shaped Poland’s growth.

What also became clear in Dakar:
Africa is still poorly communicated in Poland, and Poland is barely understood in Africa.

Few people associate Poland with:
• strong engineering & infrastructure know-how
• fast-growing tech sectors
• scalable manufacturing
• modern, dynamic cities
• entrepreneurs shaped by real economic transformation

Every face-to-face conversation confirmed the same reaction:
surprise, curiosity, genuine interest.

The gap is not potential; it’s information, branding, and perception.

That’s why my focus for 2026 is clear:
• strategic business consultations (Poland ↔ Africa | Africa ↔ Poland)
• curated, on-the-ground business meetings
• introductions to the right partners
• selected business events and summits in Africa and in Poland
