This is to officially notify the membership and the general film family that the Sierra Leone Film Industry Labour and Marketing Guild - the official Industry Trade Union - will be formally launched, alongside the unveiling of the Industry Five-Year Strategic Development Plan (2026-2031).

Theme: "Building a Sustainable Creative Economy Through Film."

The launch marks a defining moment for Sierra Leone's creative sector - the formal establishment of a trade union that will represent, protect and advance the professional interests of filmmakers, actors, producers, scriptwriters, cinematographers and all film practitioners across the country.

All members, film practitioners, government officials, development partners, investors, media professionals and the general public are warmly invited to attend.
