This is Yusif Bockarie, a young man who left his village in 2014 and came to Freetown with hopes of learning how to drive. Today, he lives in Malama, where life has taken a difficult turn.
One of his eyes has been affected for over nine years, but despite this challenge, Yusif continues to push forward — doing domestic chores for people around his community just to survive.
His story is one of strength, pain, and perseverance.
