Team work is a very powerful tool and when managed cooperatively and effectively brings unimaginable results.

Evidence of team work has shown great impact in our lives from the birth of mankind.

The Facebook that we use today was never in existence until Mark Zuckerberg formed his team. The phone we carry around had its own team members before invention, our world which is now turning into a global village was made by us.

The world has evolved because of us; but it didn't do so just by people coming together, strategically, Mark picked his team members to build an empire and so did Jack Ma who selected 17 friends and students, creating an online market place for the world but directly contributing to China's growth today.

First, is realizing or making a choice of what you have to offer the world, then seeking opportunities that provides you that platform.

Uniting a team is crucial as it could ruin or build.
