● Existing infrastructure: Old but functional surveillance cameras already covered the entrance area and could clearly see faces.
● Weak link: There was no central controller for the turnstile — only outdated standalone readers that often failed.
● Data integrity: The reporting system and employee database were stable and met the client’s needs.

We proposed not to rebuild, but to upgrade.

Software instead of terminals: We provided a license for a high-speed, accurate facial recognition software that worked with live video streams from the existing cameras — much cheaper.

Preserve the foundation: The ACS server and database remained intact, saving money and preserving all historical data and settings.

Fix only the weak spot: We replaced the faulty readers with a modern but budget-friendly turnstile controller.

● Integrating three systems into one chain: video surveillance → facial recognition software → updated ACS controller.
● Finding a subcontractor capable of configuring the interface between the recognition software and the ACS.
● Overseeing the process to ensure seamless compatibility between the new and existing systems.
