Before each delivery of VIRO machines, every unit undergoes a comprehensive inspection and testing process in our production facility. This ensures that all machines meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. The procedure includes:

Initial commissioning tests – Verifying that each new machine operates as intended upon startup.

Routine diagnostics – Identifying early signs of wear, misalignments, or potential issues.

Performance benchmarking – Confirming that the machine meets all specified performance criteria.

Safety compliance checks – Ensuring full adherence to applicable safety standards and regulations.

Pred vsako dostavo strojev VIRO vsaka enota v naši proizvodni hali opravi temeljit pregled in preizkus delovanja. S tem zagotovimo, da vsi stroji izpolnjujejo najvišje standarde kakovosti, zmogljivosti in varnosti. Postopek vključuje:

Začetne zagonske teste - preverjanje, da vsak nov stroj ob zagonu deluje, kot je predvideno.

Rutinsko diagnostiko - odkrivanje zgodnjih znakov obrabe, neporavnanosti ali morebitnih težav.

Primerjalne preizkuse zmogljivosti - potrditev, da stroj dosega vse določene zmogljivostne kriterije.

Preverjanje skladnosti z varnostnimi zahtevami – zagotovitev popolnega izpolnjevanja veljavnih varnostnih standardov in predpisov.
