Formula Student Germany complete, and with it our 2025 season! 🇩🇪✨ We’re proud to be one of just 30 teams to score in every manual event, a clear sign of the huge progress we’ve made together this year.

This marks the end of the season, but also an important step forward for our team and our journey. Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way! 🏎️💪

Business and Marketing is the subgroup that drives KTH Formula Student’s external and internal communication, partnerships, marketing, events, and finances.

It consists of five teams: Business Relations, Marketing, Events, Statics and Accounting. Together they shape the team’s image, build strong connections and ensure smooth operations both on and off the track.

Powertrain and Electronics bring our racecar to life by designing and manufacturing everything from high voltage power to low voltage control and the software that unites it.

The team is divided into three areas. Powertrain handles motors, inverters and the accumulator. Electronics builds low-voltage systems, PCBs, sensors and safety circuits. Software develops the code, control systems, telemetry and dashboards that keep the car performing on track.

The Driverless subgroup focuses on developing the software that makes the car run autonomously. This is done in three major steps, perception, SLAM and navigation, which all tackle different challenges in making the car drive itself.

In addition to the main control pipeline, the team works on general software development. This includes building simulation environments and managing IT for the rest of KTH Formula Student.

We are currently looking for new members to help us further develop our autonomous systems. If this sounds interesting, apply to the Driverless subgroup of KTHFS. No prior experience is required. Motivation and a willingness to learn matter most.
