Say hello to Topics. 🎉

Part of the existing Netigate report function, Topics is a Text Analysis component that’s going to take your open-text feedback analysis to the next level.

Topics takes the text answers you receive and sorts them into topic categories that you define.

This means that you can instantly see text answers relating to specific focus areas.

And this isn’t just a word cloud. Topics uses extracted keywords to detect the most relevant topic for each answer— even if the topic name itself isn’t included in the response. So words like ‘refund’ and ‘tracking’, for example, would be flagged as relevant for the topic ‘returns’. Smart.
