I’ve been a bit quiet here lately so thought I’d dump a few pics from life to show you what I’ve been up to.

At the end of last year, my little fam of 3 became 4. We flew to South Korea and welcomed the most precious little guy into our home. Life has been filled with chasing these little legs, helping him land in life with us and loving his big brother through the change.

I’ve been on maternity leave from teaching but also smashed out the next 3 books in the “Känslor” (emotions) series helping kids navigate worry, anger and happiness. Keep your Swedish speaking eyes peeled for their release in September!

I hope to be a little more active here however with school going back in August and life rolling into SuperDrive, I’m not exactly sure what that will look like.

All this to say, thank you for sticking by this little account through thick and thin. For supporting and loving me through this journey of “illustrating on the side”. I’m still praying that one day I can be doing this closer to fuller time and less as a side hustle.

My biggest decision is being here. There’s something subtly scary about putting your artwork out there. Showing the world what you create. Art is personal. It always reflects who you are in some way. To put it out there for others to see makes you vulnerable. But I have decided that this creative adventure is something I want to pursue. Placing it out into the world is the first step.
