Are you an experienced professional with a solid background in developing Theory of Change (ToC), results chains, and adaptive management systems?
This role focuses on both internal and external organizational development as well as partner relations. It also includes developing tools to screen partners and donors from a Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) as part of our quality assurance efforts.

We are excited to present the outcomes of a Multi-Actor Dialogue in advancing a Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) for biodiversity and climate action. This dialogue brought together Indigenous Peoples, local communities, women, youths, International NGOs, research communities, and member state to jointly forge a joint vision of centering human rights when implementing biodiversity and climate action, through applying a HRBA.

This weekend the 2nd Small-Scale Fisheries Summit took place ✊🏼🎣
(5-7 July)
🔹 to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of the SSF Guidelines &
🔹 to evaluate their current status before the upcoming 36th COFI meeting.

The Small-Scale Fisheries (SSF) Summit
is a global space to collaboratively address governance and challenges in SSF while proposing and exchanging solutions for advancing the implementation of the SSF Guidelines.

SwedBio colleagues Carolina Marciano and Wetterstrand were on site. They met with small-scale fisher actors and supported the organisation of some sessions. SwedBio ‘s Hanna Wetterstrand facilitated 2 sessions on 🔹customary tenure rights and
🔹social development.
