Hey! I’m Priya. I am the Event Manager for PD 22/23. Our term ends soon, and now we are looking out for YOU, who would want to take over for team PD 23/24!
Why apply for PD ? It brings with it a lot of fun stuff to do! Why should University life be only about studies? :D Your main responsibility in this role is to ensure the smooth planning and ex*****on of events during the term. Through this role, you get to meet many new people, sharpen your management and organizational skills, and learn how to delegate work in a team. You also get the experience of working in an international team. The reward? New friendships and a chance to travel to a chosen destination at the end of the term, and grow your professional network.

Will you be my successor? As a sales manager, you are responsible for coordinating our outreach and event sales to companies. This includes finding leads on interesting companies, keeping track of which companies have been contacted and what their status is, as well as supporting all the other project members with their sales. This is a perfect role for you who are both outgoing and have good organizational skills.

Hi, I’m Josefine, the vice project manager for Project Destination 22/23.

As the vice project manager your main task is to be the first support and right hand for the project manager. You two will work closely together creating a fantastic team and tackling small or bigger situations. Depending on the dynamic and your interest you form and divide the role into what feels best. On top of it, you also have responsibility over the budget and economic transactions.
