SpectrumOne's subsidiary, QBIM AB, enters into a partner agreement with Pengvin Affärssystem AB. The partner agreement strengthens the value proposition of Pengvin, allowing their customers to reap the benefits of analytics and insights from their ERP data loaded on the PRISM platform.

This enables QBIM to market PRISM solutions to Pengvin customers in both Sweden and Norway.

Spectrumone AB has sold 100% of the shares in Ådata Infosystems AB ("Ådata") to Mavshack AB at an enterprise value of SEK 10 million.

Ampilio, subsidiary of SpectrumOne, has signed a partnership agreement with the Danish e-commerce funding company Mxney ApS.
