It’s European Mental Health Awareness Week and our core purpose from the Well-being lab is to enable our community with tools and insights around normalizing well-being in the everyday life both at home and at work or in whatever context you feel most at ease with addressing at different times of the day. There is no fast pill, or 1 size fits all solution, therefore we’ve gathered from some of the team members their tips. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing if you have some tips you can share back with us 🧘‍♀️
