4x4 with Paused Deadlifts

Paused exercises are isometric holds that are commonly overlooked.
Even though they can be brutal, they have the ability to build your lift, by forcing you to control the weight, overcome sticking points, and find your strongest positions. Also, the extended time under tension that paused lifts require, serve as a great way to build muscle.
