A team from Swedish National TV, SVT, visited RISE today for a demonstration by Astrid on 3D printing of timbales.

The main food program "Meny" today published a special episode on mouthfeel. It presented different aspects including the work on timbals and other texture-modified foods and much reference was given to Japanese food textures.

Latest results presented in Tokyo
The latest results from GoIndependent was presented at a seminar arranged jointly by the Japan Science and Technology Agency and Sweden's Innovation Agency Vinnova by Koichiro Matsuo and Mats Stading.
