Hej!
How have you been? We’re glad to meet you here again! Now that you know what Furbish® does we thought you'd like to know more about some of the projects we’ve participated in.

We have not yet named specifically one environment we work in because we believe all working environments can be adapted for the better. However, we have seen that some are in more need of adaptation than others.

Did you know that in the European Union, buildings account for about 40% of total energy use and 36% of the carbon dioxide emissions. Hospitals account for around 5% of buildings' CO2 emissions in the EU and represent the largest energy consumer in the public sector?

At the yearly conference of the research programme “Design for an energy-efficient workday”, Furbish presented the preliminary findings of the project “Sustainable Hospitals – New Design for the University Hospital MHH in Hannover, Germany” led by Ulrike Rahe.
You want to know more? Have a look at the recording available on Youtube: http://ow.ly/GOtY50HEbf4

More information on the project is available on the program website of the Swedish Energy Agency Energimyndigheten and SVID, Stiftelsen Svensk Industridesign

Feel inspired? Share with us good (or bad!) examples from your workplace. What works? Doesn’t? We’re all ears!
