في اليوم الثاني من البوت كامب، اتعرفنا على عالم نماذج الأعمال مع المدرب مصطفى فائز! كان موضوعنا عن نموذج العمل التجاري (BMC) لليوم، وتعلم المشتركين كيف ممكن يشتغلو على اقسامها التسعة وكيفية إنشاء نموذج عمل مستدام. الفكرة العامة كانت عن تعلم المرونة و التكيف مع التغيير و اختلاف النماذج.

On the second day of the boot camp, we got to know the world of business models with Mr. Mostafa Faiz! Our topic was about The Business Model Canvas (BMC) for the day, participants learned how they can represent its nine blocks and how to create a sustainable business model. The general idea was about learning flexibility and adapting to change and becoming comfortable and adaptable to change.
