Despite the immense challenges our country has faced, we’ve, at Solar Energy Tech once again proven that resilience, determination, and innovation can light the way forward.

Running a business in such an unstable environment is no small feat. The lack of basic infrastructure; like reliable communication and mobile networks, added yet another hardships to an already existed difficult situation. But we refused to let these obstacles define us.

With the constant dedication of our team, we adapted. We embraced solutions like Starlink to stay connected, reimagined our strategies, and kept moving forward. Today, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve successfully completed over six large-scale solar energy projects in the Darfur region. These projects are now powering healthcare facilities and humanitarian NGOs, providing them with the reliable energy they need to continue their critical work.

One of our proudest moments came when we participated in—and won the Orange Corners Sudan Growth Fund. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, expertise, and resilience of our team, who have consistently gone above and beyond to make a difference.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible efforts of our engineers, who worked tirelessly, often in unsafe conditions, to bring energy to those who need it most. Their commitment is the heart of everything we do.

- خبرة في إطلاق أو كونك جزءًا من فريق قيادة في وكالة تسويق واستشارات.
- معرفة عملية وشبكة علاقات مع محترفي التسويق.

المؤهلات:
- التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو الأعمال أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الخبرة: 5 سنوات أو أكثر في قيادة قنوات التسويق لشركة رائدة؛ سنتين أو أكثر في بناء ونشر حملات التسويق الرقمي؛ سنتين أو أكثر في إدارة إنتاج المحتوى، بما في ذلك كتابة المحتوى.

Join our team as: Marketing & Communication Manager

The Marketing & Communication Manager is responsible for providing high quality Marketing services & advisory that serve both 249Startups and its startups/entrepreneurs/Investors. The ideal candidate has a passion for supporting others and cares deeply about fostering a creative working environment that allows all to bring their best selves to workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement 249Startups strategic marketing across all channels, ensuring creative and results-driven team culture.
• Provide guidance to the leadership team and support the wider organization.
• Contribute to a strong organizational culture by modeling company values.
• Play a key role in talent acquisition, onboarding, and long-term team development.
• Oversee and execute both digital and offline marketing strategies, elevating all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage cross-functional digital media campaigns and content calendars.
• Lead copywriting efforts across social channels and mentor team members.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive creative excellence and optimize marketing approaches based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with other business functions to provide marketing thought leadership and support.
• Oversee content production and establish in-house startup support services as needed.
• Provide strategic marketing advice to support ongoing operations and decision-making.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Start-up / Tech Industry experience
• Experience in working with international & distributed teams
• Launching or being part of leadership team of marketing & consulting agency before
• Working knowledge and network with Marketing professionals.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years leading Marketing channels for a leading company; 2+ years building and deploying digital marketing campaigns; 2+ years managing content production, including copywriting.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
